英汉学习型词典双宾构式呈现模式的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 英汉学习型词典应针对中国学生使用英语双宾构式的特点呈现该句式。两项实证研究(基于CLEC的英语双宾式使用调查与汉英双宾句改错测试)的结果显示,中国学生使用核心类与隐喻类英语双宾式的次数多于非典型的双宾式;双宾动词类型和词典呈现句式的模式都对英语双宾构式的正确使用有显著影响。中国学生使用英语双宾构式的特点可从母语迁移得到解释。就呈现模式而言,英汉学习型词典应多采用"词条+用法说明"的综合模式,而用法说明的重点应该是L2与L1表达式的概念底层结构的对比。 Ditransitive constructions should be presented in English-Chinese learners' dictionaries in accordance with the characteristics of how Chinese EFL learners use them. The results of two empirical studies (i. e. a CLEC-based investigation of the use of English ditransitive constructions by Chinese EFL learners and an error-correction test of Chinese and English ditransitive sentences) indicate that Chinese EFL learners tend to use core and metaphorical English ditransitive constructions more frequently than non-prototypical ones, and that both ditransitive verb types and dictionary presentation models significantly affect the proper use of ditransitive constructions. The characteristics of how English ditransitive constructions are used by Chinese EFL learners can be accounted for in terms of language transfer. With respect to presentation models in English learners' dictionaries, the integrated model of 'entry + usage note' appears to be more effective, and the focus of usage notes in learners' dictionaries should be on the comparison of underlying conceptual structures between L2 and L1 expressions.
