摘要
介绍一种平面共轭凸轮廓形的数值模拟计算机辅助计算方法,该方法将转子瞬时廓形转换到凸轮坐标系内,再用转换后的廓形对凸轮毛坯计算模型进行数值模拟切削,形成凸轮廓形。开发了凸轮廓形计算处理软件,对中心距为80mm、转子摆动半径为50mm的余弦运动规律的4位共轭凸轮转位机构进行了计算验证及试制。计算结果及工业应用表明,该算法正确、可行,软件能够满足共轭凸轮廓形设计的要求。
Numerical simulation method using line-cutting blank model as calculation model was used to calculate the profile of conjugate cams. The roller circle was transferred into cam coordinates and was used to cut the blank model thus form the cam profile. The profile calculating and managing software was programmed. Calculation test and practical application of conjugate cam mechanism that center distance of 80mm, roller swinging radius of 50mm validates the algorithm and the feasibility of the software.
