摘要
对0.8mm与1.5mm两种厚度的母材使用CO2激光器进行了激光拼焊试验。运用AutoForm数值仿真软件建立了差厚激光拼焊盒形件有限元模型,通过有限元数值仿真模拟研究了差厚激光拼焊盒形件在冲压成形后的焊缝流动现象,并与实冲试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:有限元数值仿真模拟能够较为近似地反映差厚激光拼焊盒形件在冲压过程中的焊缝流动现象,数值模拟和试验研究均表明,差厚激光拼焊盒形件在冲压过程中会发生薄侧材料向厚侧材料的流动,从而给激光拼焊板冲压质量带来一定的影响。
Material thickness combination of 0.8mm/1.5mm was welded by CO2 laser. Tailor welded blanks were stamped into square boxes. Finite element analysis model of tailor welded box was established by Autoform software. The movement of welded seam during stamping process was studied by using Finite Element Analysis numerical simulation and stamping experiments. Results show that numerical simulation can similarly indicate the stamping results of tailor welded blanks. The results both of numerical simulation and stamping experiments show the movement of thin gauge material towards thick gauge material during stamping process. The stamping quality for the tailor welded blanks will be influenced by the movement of material during stamping process.
