面向SUV车型操纵稳定性的多体动力学建模与仿真 被引量:16

摘要 运用ADAMS软件,建立了某SUV车型的整车多体动力学模型,对该车型的前悬架及整车分别进行了前轮定位参数及动力学仿真研究和整车操纵稳定性仿真分析。在构建前悬架系统模型时,应用BEAM梁原理建立了准确反映弹性变形的后悬架模型。研究了前悬架的前轮定位参数随车轮跳动变化的规律,根据开环模型操纵稳定性的3种评价方法在ADAMS中进行了操纵稳定性仿真试验。仿真计算与分析说明,建立的SUV前悬架和整车多体系统模型与实际车型在主要性能参数及其变化趋势上相符。仿真计算与分析结果得到了该车型生产厂家的认可。 A full vehicle multi-body model for a SUV type was built with ADAMS. The front wheel position parameters of the front suspension and the dynamics simulation of the full vehicle were studied. A full vehicle handling stability was simulated and analyzed. The back suspension model which was able to describe its elastic deformation was established by the BEAM principle. In the analysis of the kinematics simulation, it was researched for the position parameters of the front wheel to vary with a wheel spring. According to three estimation methods of the open-loop model handling stability, a handling stability simulation was carried out in ADAMS and the profitable conclusion was obtained. Through the simulation calculation and the analysis, the built multi--body models of the SUV front suspension and the full vehicle are accorded with the real vehicle type on the main performance and on the variation trend. The models and the results were confirmed by the manufacturing corporation of the SUV type.
