摘要
随着全球化、网络化经济的出现,知识管理越来越受到重视。然而在知识管理的实践过程中,还缺少对组织内知识共享信任机制的深入研究。本文在前人对知识共享和信任机制研究的基础上,从"质"的角度——信任形式和"量"的角度——信任半径分析出组织内知识共享信任机制的发展路径,并在此基础上从组织制度和组织文化两个角度提出具体的改善方法,用于改进组织知识共享行为,提升企业的知识管理实践能力。
With the coming of global and network economy, knowledge management has been more and more important to organizations. However, there are few studies on trust mechanism of knowledge sharing in organizatiom th^ughout the practice of knowledge management. Based on the contributions of former researchers, we conclude the developing path of the trust mechanism in organization knowledge sharing from qualitative aspect of trust types and quantitive aspect of trust radius. Then we focus on organizational policy and organizational culture, by which we advance some improving methods for the trust mechanism of knowledge sharing in organizations. We hope these will ameliorate organization knowledge sharing behaviors efficiently and enhance the practice ability of enterprises in knowledge management.
