高校图书馆图书采购招标中的群决策方法

用纯语言(包括属性值、属性权重、专家权重)形式对高等院校图书馆图书采购招标中书商的选择排序进行了量化处理。首先由专家按各自偏好给出语言评价矩阵、语言属性权重,然后用纯语言加权算术平均算子和纯语言算术混合集结算子对群决策矩阵进行集结。该方法简便易行,且能充分用专家所给的信息,所得决策结果科学、合理。最后通过实例说明该方法的实用性和有效性。

To deal with bookseller selection of books acquisition and bidding at university library amount using pure linguistic information including attribute value, attribute weight and expert weight. In first place, experts put out language appraisement matrix and attribute weight by themselves, then to build up group decision matrix by PLWAA （pure language weight arithmetic average） operator and PLAHA （pure language arithmetic hybrid aggregation） operator. The method is easy to perform and can make the best of the information given by experts, the decision results are scientific and reasonable. Examples are also shown to explain the practicability and validity of this method.
