Y8F-200型飞机负过载试飞技术探讨

摘要 负过载试飞是民用飞机,特别是大、中型民用运输机适航试飞的重要验证项目之一。通过对Y8F-200型飞机负过载试飞,详细地叙述了中型运输机负过载试飞测试设备的改装技术和飞行驾驶技术,以及在负过载试飞中需要考虑的一些问题。飞行实践表明,采用急跃升、急推杆的操纵方法能使飞机进入负过载飞行状态,但控制好跃升拉杆量、进入负过载时的推杆量以及操纵速率和达到负过载值后的稳杆时间是作好负过载试飞的关键。 Negative load factor flight test is one of the important verification items of airworthness flight test for civil airplanes,especially for large and medium sized transport airplanes. With the experience got from the negative load factor flight test on the Y8F-200 airplane, the paper describe in detail the modification technique for the measurement equipment flight piloting techniques and some questions which need consideration in the negative load factor flight during the testing of medium sized transport airplanes. It is enable to make the airplane enter into negative load factor flight with the method of zooming and rapid pulling back the control stick, but the key point is to have a proper amount of back stick pressure, amount of forward stick pressure when entering into negative load factor, and control speed rate and time for holding the stick after the negative load factor is reached.
