摘要
目的:实验研究平衡扰相梯度回波(B-FFE)序列影响流动液体信号强度的因素。材料与方法:采用直径2mm(管内径D)的塑胶管,用MR专用高压注射器不同注射流量下(0.5-2.5ml/s)注入纯净水,用飞利浦Intera Achieva1.5T MRI扫描仪B-FFE序列扫描,观察图像信号变化;再用细线结扎出不同管径(1/4-1/2D),Q-FLOW软件测量其信号强度。结果:(1)以0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5ml/s的不同流量注射纯净水后,信号强度与流量无关,均呈均匀高信号。(2)以不同程度结扎管径,结扎后信号强度下降,但随着结扎程度和次数增加,信号强度下降程度显著、范围延长。结论:在B-FFE序列中,流动流体信号强度与流动速度无关,而管径狭窄是信号强度降低的主要因素。
Purpose: To experimental study the effecting factors of the signal intensity (SI) of flow fluid on balance - fast field echo (B - FFE) sequence. Materials and Methods: B- FEE sequences of different velocity water (0.5- 2.5ml/s) of a plastic tube (2mm in diameter) through MRI injector were obtained by using Pifilips Intera Achieva 1 .ST MRI system, and the changes of signal intensity (SI) were observed. Then plastic tube was ligated by thin string to different diameters (1/2- 1/4 diameter), SI was measured by Q- flow software. Results: (1) The SI was independent On the fluid flow velocity, which were all high SI. (2) Decrease of SI was found after the plastic tube ligated. Tire more the tube was ligated in degree, the more the SI decreased and extended. Conclusion: The SI is independent on fluid flow velocity, and dependent on tube narrow mutually.
