Application Value of MSCT in Lumbar Disease

目的:评价MSCT在腰椎病变中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2004年12月至2005年11月间临床有腰腿痛症状200例患者,全部行腰椎的MSCT检查,所有病例用横断面,VR、MPR、CPR等方法观察椎体及小关节病变,通过与普通螺旋CT的重建图像对比。结果:MSCT能全面评估椎体、椎间盘、附件病变以及其对椎管内结构的影响,普通SCT对小关节病变,椎弓崩裂容易漏诊。结论:MSCT在腰椎病变的诊断中具有更大的优越性。

Purpose： To evaluate application value of MSCT in lumbar disease. Materials and Methods： 200 cases of patients with low back pain and sciatica from clinical in our hospital between Dec. 2004 to Nov. 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. All cases of illness were used Axial、VR、MPR、CPR methods to Observe lumbar and lumbar facet diseases by MSCT scanning to lure, bar and comparison with reconstructive image of SCT scanning. Results： MSCT can evaluate lumbar, lumbar disc and lumbar spine facet diseases as well as it to the intraspinal structure influence, SCT is easily missed diagnosis in lumbar facet joint and lumbar spondylolysis. Conclusion： MSCT has a great beneficial application in the lumbar disease.
