热浸镀锌生产含锌废液综合治理研究

Comprehensive Treatment of the Waste Liquid of the Inclusion Zinc in the Galvanizing Production

本文对热浸镀锌生产排放的含锌废液提出了完整的治理工艺流程。采用高分子絮凝剂和PE过滤机解决了锌铁分离的困难。排放废液经处理后完全以产品形式回收,解决了大量锌液对环境的污染,实现了资源的二次利用。

An integrated technological process of treating the waste liquid of the inclusion zinc has been proposed in this paper.The difficulty of separating zinc and iron is overcomed by using a macromolecular condensation reagent so that the product of the inclusion zinc from the waste liquid is solved and the secondary utilization of the zinc resources may be realized.
