摘要 目的了解示范高中学生的心理健康状况,为有针对性的教育干预提供依据。方法按整群、分层、随机的原则,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),按统一的方法对385名示范高中学生和186名普通高中生进行抽样调查。结果示范高中学生心理健康水平较低,阳性检出率较高的因子是强迫、敌对、人际敏感、偏执,并且其心理健康水平存在年级和性别差异。结论示范高中学生的心理健康水平不容忽视,亟待提高;针对不同的年级和性别,干预措施应有所不同。  OBJECTIVE Understanding situation of the mental health of students in the model high school,providing the basis for educational intervention. METHODS According to the principal of entire group、stratified、random,385 students in model high school and 186 students in common high school were surveyed by using SCL-90. RESULTS The level of mental health of students is below,the students behave seriously in obsessive-compulsive、hostility、interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid ideation. Also there are differences between grade and between gender. CONCLUSION Mental health of students in model high school can not be ignored and need to be raised. According to different grade and gender,intervention measures should be different.
