我国证券市场后股权分置改革问题研究

本文总结了我国证券市场股权分置改革的进程、已取得的成果,对后股权分置改革时代亟待解决的问题进行深入分析。文章认为我国股市还没有进入真正的全流通时代,存在上市公司质量不高和法人治理结构不完善、资本市场存在严重泡沫、上市公司有热衷于股权投资且过度关心市值等问题,并据此提出了相应的建议。

This article reviews the process of split share structure reform in China and affirms the achievements made in China＇s split share reform. Then the author analyzes deeply the urgent problems existing in the post-split share structure reform era and at the same time puts forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
