摘要
测定传火具内火焰的传播速率是研究点传火系统的主要内容之一.传统的方法是利用测量传火管内压力阵面和最大压力相对速率推断出火焰的传播速率.介绍了利用光导纤维对光的传输特性,通过光敏放大电路,直接测量传火管内火焰的传播速率的一种方法.试验表明:火焰阵面和压力阵面的传播速率是不同的,特别是当传火管通道内空隙率较小时,火焰阵面远远落后于压力阵面.该方法由于采用了可靠的密封技术和防烧蚀措施,试验装置能承受较高的气体压力和火焰温度,可应用于火炮的装药技术研究.
It is one of the primary ways on reseaching igniter to measure the flame propagation rate of igniter charge in fire transfer tube. In traditional methods, the flame propagation rate is decided by measuring the relative velocity of the pressure wave front and the maximum pressure in the tube. This paper introduces a method of measuring the flame propagation rate of igniter charge in the tube with the light conduit glass fibre. The test shows that the rate of the flame is different from that of pressure wave front. The flame always falls behind the pressure wave. Because of reliable seal ring and burn out proof, the method is used under high pressure and temperature of gun.
