摘要
介绍了一种利用超声波无损测量火炮膛内压力变化或最大压力的新方法.由于在射击过程中膛内压力的变化将引起身管上应力的变化,而应力变化又会引起超声波的变化.因此,通过超声波的变化可推断出膛内压力的变化或最大压力.该方法解决了以往测压必须拆装弹药或在身管上开测压孔的问题.实验表明,所测结果与标准值基本一致,对于靶场及部队使用具有实际意义.
A new method of non destructive measuring pressure history or maximum pressure by ultrasonic is introduced. Because the bore stresses vary with pressure in the process of gun firing and it causes the variations of ultrasonic wave, the pressure or maximum pressure can be deduced from the ultrasonic wave. The method has solved the problems of disassembling ammunitions or opening the measurement holes. It is shown that the measured results are consistent with those of standard. It is of practical value to proving grounds or army use.
