理论提升是实现马克思主义理论创新和发展的具体过程和形式,马克思主义中国化进程中的理论提升,就是关于中国经验如何马克思主义化的问题,是关于作为其理论成果的中国化马克思主义如何继续发展和通过这一发展推动总体的马克思主义发展的问题。马克思主义理论提升有两种基本形式或过程,即马克思主义中国化的具体理论形态的形成与发展和中国化马克思主义向一般的、总体的马克思主义的理论提升,相应地有两个类型,即具体理论观点的提升与综合性的理论提升,其中,综合性的理论提升有两大主题,即马克思主义中国化最新理论成果的提升与进一步发展和中国化马克思主义向一般的、总体的马克思主义的理论提升,而后者正是中国马克思主义理论家当前面临的主要任务。

Theoretical elevation is a concrete process and form to realize the innovation and development of Marxist theory. The theoretical elevation of Marxist sinification is an issue concerning how to dissolve China's experience into Marxism and how to continually develop sinified Marxism to advance the development of Marxism. There are two basic forms or processes to elevate Marxism: the concrete theoretical formation and development of sinified Marxism and its elevation toward general and global Marxism. Correspondingly, there are two types: the elevation of concrete theoretical views and the elevation of the comprehensive theories. The latter is the major task that Chinese Marxist theorists are facing.
