摘要
介绍一种应用光学投影放大原理和光栅尺莫尔条纹侧长技术的数字显示式光学投影仪。使用此仪器可对直径50mm,长度500mm以内的各种形状复杂的轴类或丝杠类零件进行非接触测量。仪器不但可以检测零件的局部形状误差,而且可以测量零件的径向尺寸和轴向尺寸,其测量误差均小于0.01mm。
A digita1 display optica1 projector is introduced, in which the principle of projection optics and Moire ftinge technique are used. It is used to measure the shaft parts of variouscomplex forms and the fine lead screws within the range of 50 in diameter and 500mm inlength.This instrument can not only measure the local errors of parts, and also measure radialand axial diomensions, the measuring errors are less than 0. 01mm.
