摘要 采用铸锭冶金以及形变热处理工艺,制备了不同Cu,Mg含量的Al-xCu-yMg-0.6Ag合金。通过拉伸性能测试、差热分析(DSC)以及扫描电镜(SEM)与透射电镜(TEM)分析,研究Cu,Mg含量对合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果显示:增加Cu与Mg的含量,能提高基体合金的时效硬化效果与抗拉强度。185℃峰时效时,Al-xCu-yMg-0.6Ag合金的主要强化相由片状Ω硬化过程,减小?相的尺寸。 Al-xCu-yMg-0.6Ag alloys with different Cu and Mg content were prepared by ingot metallurgy and thermomechanical treatment. The effects of Cu and Mg contents on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloys have been investigated using tensile testing, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It has been shown that increasing Cu and Mg content improves the aging hardness and tensile strength of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy. The coherent plate-like Ω phase and a small amount of 0/ phase are the predominant hardening phases in the Al-xCu-yMg-0.6Ag alloys at peak-aged stage at 185℃. Increasing Cu content improves the density of the Ω phase after aging treated to peak-aged stage. Increasing Mg content accelerates the aging hardening process of the alloys and decreases the size of Ω phase.
