凋亡抑制基因Survivin在膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的研究凋亡抑制基因Survivin在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Survivin在38例膀胱癌组织、10例癌旁组织中的表达。结果①膀胱癌组Survivin蛋白表达率为71.1%(27/38)显著高于癌旁组10%(1/10)(P<0.01)。②淋巴结转移组Survivin蛋白阳性表达率80%(4/5)显著高于无淋巴转移组69.7%(23/33)(P<0.01);③根据病理分级,Ⅰ+Ⅱ级组Survivin蛋白阳性表达率64%(16/25)显著低于Ⅲ级组84.6%(11/13)(P<0.01);随临床分级增加、淋巴结的转移,Survivin蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高(rs=0.517,P<0.05)。结论Survivin的异常表达与膀胱癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能是影响膀胱癌预后的重要分子指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis inhibitor gene survivin in bladder carcinoma and study its clinical - pathological implication and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 38 cases of bladder carcinoma, 10 of adjacent tissue. Results Gin bladder carcinoma, the positive rates of survivin expression (71.1% ,27/38) was remarkably increased compared with matched adjacent tissue ( 10%, 1/10) (P 〈 0.01 ) . ② Tumors with lymph node metastases (80% ,4/5) had more survivin protein than those without metastasis (69. 7% ,23/33) (P 〈 0.01 ) . ③According to clinical -pathological stage, the bladder carcinoma samples were divided into Ⅰ , Ⅱ, and m stage. Comprising the survivin expression between Ⅰ + Ⅱ (64%, 16/25 ) and m stage ( 84.6%, 11/13 ), the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ) . The positive rates of survivin increased with clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis (rs = 0.517, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnormal expression of survivin correlates with the occurrence and development of bladder carcinoma. Survivin is an important prognostic indicator of bladder carcinoma.
