摘要
济钢中板厂三辊劳特式粗轧机轧制力小,生产能力低,已经不能满足公司进一步发展的需要,因此必须进行改造。本次改造采取不停产改造方式,将三辊轧机改为四辊轧机。在改造中四辊粗轧机压下系统设立电动自动位置控制APC,预留下置式液压AGC;采用大断面、高刚度、优化设计的牌坊;轧机接轴形式采用复合式,可以伸缩并设置轴向定位装置;轧机前后的导卫护板与除鳞集管、轧辊冷却水集管安装一体,随上辊系上、下移动等新技术新工艺。本次改造为济钢中板厂创造了可观的经济效益,也为中板厂同类技术改造提供了可以借鉴的成功经验。
The draught pressure and production capacity of three-high Lauth roughing mill in the medium plate rolling mill Jinan Iron and Steel Company is very low. It already cannot satisfy the need of further development, therefore have to carry on the transformation. This transformation is on-line, changes the three-high mill to the four high rolling mill. the press down system of four-high rougher has electrical automatic position control APC in the transformation, perform underneath hydraulic pressure AGC, uses the big cross section, the high rigidity, the opti- mized design stand. The spindle of electric engine is compound, it may dilate and install the axial position device. The guides and guards in front of or behind the rolling mill, the manifold of dephosphorization and manifold of the roll cooling water are adjusted together. It moves up and down with the roll group. The transformation brings the huge economic efficiency for the medium plate rolling mill Jinan Iron and Steel Company and also provides the success experience for similar technological transformations of other medium plate rolling mitt.
