With the rapid development of information science and technology, the research on multimedia corpora and resource banks bears unprecedented importance. In recent years, intersubjectivity provides education researchers with a new perspective. Based on distinguishing the subjects in the process of building a multi-media corpus or resource bank, this paper probes into the relation between the two kinds of subjects, which has some bearing on our country＇s construction of harmonious society.
