植物染料HH-CT的抗紫外特性及在羊毛织物上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 天然植物染料在给予织物雅致颜色的同时,也能赋予其特殊的功能。文章就植物染料HH-CT的抗紫外性能进行了探讨。实验结果表明:HH-CT染液具有很好的热稳定性,在酸性条件下比较稳定;以染液在紫外区域的最大吸光度为优化目标,通过正交试验提取的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度100℃,提取时间60 min,浴比1∶10。将此染液应用于羊毛织物上,测试染后织物的紫外防护系数(UPF),结果显示,染后羊毛织物的UPF值大于30,且在UVA波段的平均透射率小于5%,符合GB/T 18830-2002中定义的"防紫外线产品"。 This paper discussed the anti-ultraviolet property of HH-CT vegetable dye. The results indicated that: the dye solution of HH-CT had excellent thermal stability as well as stability in acid condition. Aimed at the greatest absorbency in ultraviolet region, the optimum extraction conditions for HH-CT obtained from the statistical analysis were 100 ℃, 60 min, 1 : 10 (material to water ratio). The UPF value of wool knitted fabric which is dyed by the dyeing solution extracted under the optimized condition meets the national standard ( UPF 〉 30, TAV(UVA) 〈 5% ). It can be defined as "UV-Proteetive product".
