Analysis of essential structure factors influencing elasticity to worsted fabrics

基于羊毛纤维特有的卷曲弹性与拉伸弹性,从有利于成品呢绒纬向拉伸弹性的角度出发,以"屈曲互动"与"位移互动"现象为基础,分析了纱线、织物结构弹性的要素,具体涉及了原料的选择、纱线细度与捻向的配置、捻系数的确定、织物组织与紧度的要求至染整幅缩的控制等环节,在明确了精纺纬向自然弹性呢绒设计思路的基础上,提出了结构弹性要素的优化方案,为该类产品的开发提供了依据。

This paper analyzes the essential factors influencing elasticity to yarns and fabrics by the phenomenon of ＂bending reciprocal each other＂ and ＂displacement reciprocal each other＂. Based on the special elasticity of wool fiber, it proceeds from beneficial to crosswise elasticity of elongation of worsted fabrics, and then offers the theoretical basis for the development of crosswise natural elastic worsted fabrics.
