摘要
高职院校的贫困学生与非贫困学生在人际关系敏感方面存在显著差异。积极健康、和谐友爱的校园文化可以引导贫困学生增强交往能力,健全人际交往心理,建立和谐的人际关系。
The poor students and the non-poor students of vocational colleges have great differences in handling interpersonal relationships. Positive, healthy and harmonious campus culture can strengthen the communication ability of the poor students, perfect their psychology of interpersonal communication and help them to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships.
