高校图书馆外刊文献业务重组探析

利用《国内高校图书馆导航网》以随机方式选择50所高校图书馆业务机构设置中纸质期刊和电子期刊业务管理模式进行归类,并阐述了分开管理和合并管理模式的优势和弊端。从而提出外刊业务重组管理模式,合理规避了各自的弊端,并根据本馆实际提出适合自身的新的管理模式加以尝试,使读者效应明显提高。

By using the website “http：//www.wenyutang.nhpop.cn/lib” , the article analyses the elements of BPR （business process reengineering） and the reality of BPR; and it gives an account for the advantages and disadvantages in the mode of sub-management and co- management and suggests the BPR mode to improve the efficiency.
