Study on Unfolding Intellectual Assistance in Rural Areas by Public Libraries

在社会主义新农村建设中,农民是建设新农村的主体,农民素质的高低决定着新农村建设的步伐。20多年来的社会变革,还未彻底解决农民群众处于弱势群体的状态,他们的一些阅读权利也还没有得到有效的保障。探讨了公共图书馆如何为农民读者做好知识帮扶服务。

In the building of new socialist countryside, farmers are the main components of new socialist countryside building, the level of farmers qualities should decide step of building new socialist countryside which hasn＇t been completely resolved in a vulnerable group of the farmer masses, their rights of reading have not been effectively protected, since 20 years social reformation which in this paper, we discussed to public libraries how to support and serve all the farmers in China.
