Marketization of Property Rights and Industrialization in Gansu:a New Analytical View

工业化是甘肃目前面临的最大课题。通过产权市场化实现存量资源重组和引进新的投资是优化甘肃区域工业结构的基本条件。文章从产权视角简要回顾了甘肃工业化的历程,反思了其面临的主要问题。

Industrialization is the biggest issue which Gansu province is facing at present. It is a fundamental condition for optimizing industrial structure to realize the reconstruction of stock of source and to introduce new investment by means of marketization of property fights in Gansu. It plays an important role that cannot be substituted and weakened in the process of industrialization in Gansu. The article briefly reviews the process of industrialization in Gansu from prospect of property rights and thinks back to the mayor problems Gansu is facing. Marketization of property rights is the most important stimulative meas- ure and the propulsive core in Gansu to impel industrialization continuously. Marketization of property rights can fit for the needs of deep development of economics in Gansu. It is the key problem to realize industrialization successfully in Gansu by promoting the optimization and reconstruction stock of factors and replenishment of additional ones.
