中西医结合治疗结节性囊肿性痤疮108例

Combining traditional Chinese and wcstern medicine Treatment of nodular cystic acne 108 cases

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗结节性囊肿性痤疮的疗效。方法:对照组、治疗组均口服甲硝唑0.2g,维生素B620mg,外涂本科临时配制的复方氯霉素酊,治疗组在对照组的基础上加口服中成药一清胶囊,1个月为1疗程.共两个疗程。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结节性囊肿性痤疮能显著增加疗效,提高治愈率。

Objective： Discussion on combining traditional Chinese and westem medicine treatrrient of nodular cystic acne Effect Methods ： Control group, trcatment group oral mctronidazole 0.2g, VitaminB620 mg. Provisional treated with under graduate preparation of compound chloramphcnicol tincture, treatment in the control group on the basis of proprietary chinese medicine and oral： a clear capsulc. Month a coursc of treatment for a total of 2 courses. Results： Treatment group and control group in an efficient, significant diffcrcnces（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Combining traditional Chinese and westem medicine treatmcnt of nodular cystic acne can significantly increase the efficacy and to improve the curc rate.
