摘要
变电站大型电力设备的可靠性水平对于保证电网的安全运行和提高供电质量极为重要,当设备发生故障导致大面积停电时会造成巨大的经济损失和社会影响。使用分立的在线监测系统来实现整个变电站的多设备在线监测,则存在系统构建功能的冗余,故对变电站关键电力设备绝缘进行综合在线监测意义重大。为此,介绍了基于NI-PXI测控总线的电力设备电气绝缘在线监测系统并描述了站内网络管理及站间通讯方案,基于NI Measure-ment Studio/NI-DAQ&VISA软件驱动数据采集卡和示波器进行信号采集,用于实现中低频和高频/超高频绝缘特征信号的检测。研究结果表明,变电站电力设备电气绝缘综合监测方案的设计与研究为实现电力设备状态监测专网专建及电力设备的安全运行提供了可靠保障。
The online-monitoring of a whole transformer substation using separated systems will face the redundancy of the constructional functions and the difficulties of realization, so the integrated online-monitoring system of the key power equipment is very important. This paper introduced an online-motoring system of the insulation of the power equipments based on the NI-PXI measurement and control bus. It used the NI Measurement Studio/NIDAQ&VISA to realize the signal acquisition with data acquisition cards and oscilloscopes. This system can measure the characteristic signals of the insulation in the low and high/ultrahigh frequency. This paper also describes a scheme of network management in the substation and the communication between substations. The design and research of the integrated system ensure the specialized construction of the specialized network for the monitoring of condition of the power equipment and the safe operation of the power equipment.
