摘要
为方便输电线路的巡视与状态监测,研发了输电线路危险点远程图像监控系统,实现了对输电线路危险点和周围气象条件的监测。在简述了系统构成和技术特点后给出了监控装置硬件结构、摄像机组合等方面的具体设计,研究并应用了图像压缩技术和ARQ误码重传及多通道并行传输技术。系统运行结果表明:现场监控装置将电力杆塔、线路现场的图像、气象信息采集、压缩、分组后通过GPRS/CDMA无线网络传输到监控中心,运行人员在监控中心就可全面了解线路危险点的情况,及时采取措施将事故消灭在萌芽状态。
An image remote-monitoring system of transmission lines dangerous items was designed and produeed, by whieh the dangerous items and the ambient meteorology were monitored, sueh as temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rain and snow, and air pressure. The eomposition and the teehnieal features of the image re- mote-monitoring system were deseribed, and the design of the on-line monitoring unit was introduced in details. The image eompressor technology, ARQ error eode retransmission teehnology, and parallel transmission teehnology by multi-ehannels were studied and adopted. The running results show that the image of towers and oeeasions of transmission lines and the meteorologieal information were obtained, eompressed, grouped, and sent to monitoring eentre by GPRS or CDMA eommunleation net, all information of transmission lines dangerous items ean be known by persons on duty, and that the safe operation of transmission line was effeetively guaranteed by applying some important measure,
