Doctor＇s degree is the highest degree for medical education. Nowadays, medical doctor candidates in more and more medical universities are requested to publish research papers in international journals embodied in Science Citation Index（SCI）,or they can not graduate with doctor＇s degree. So, it is significant for medical doctor candidates to learn the related knowledge about SCI and Impact Factor（IF）.
