Effects Of Glutamine Supplementation In Exercise

摘要 谷氨酰胺(Gln)是人体内含量最丰富的氨基酸,在体内发挥着非常重要的作用,但是在很多应激状态下,谷氨酰胺的动态平衡会被打破。文章综述了补充谷氨酰胺在运动中所起的各种作用,提出在实践中可以通过适当补充谷氨酰胺来改善运动员的运动能力、免疫功能、情绪状况、运动技能的学习等。 Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human body and plays very important role. During various states, glutamine homeostasis is placed under stress. Based on the effects of glutamine supplementation , the review emphasized the supplying of glutamine in exercise.
