摘要
由于生产装置工艺条件的改变和高浓缩倍数循环水的运行,造成换热器内部CaCO3垢增加、换热效率下降。室内研制了由有机酸、螯合清洗剂、渗透剂和粘泥剥离剂组成的不停车清洗液体系,在现场经过64h的粘泥剥离和除垢清洗处理后,循环水系统进出口温差提高了近1℃,达到了预期清洗效果。
Due to the plant's technics condition change and high cycle of concerntration, quantity of CaCO3 scale in heat-exchanger increased, and the heat-exchange efficiency droped obviously. After 64 hours on-line chemical cleaning by using chemical cleaning system composed of organic acid, claw agent and penetrating agent, the difference of water temperature between inlet and outlet of circulating water system increased 1℃.
