Studies on Thickening of Oily Sludge in Oilfields

介绍了河南油田优选的污泥浓缩剂H-618和研制的污泥浓缩分离设备。新型卧式分离器取代常用的立式锥底浓缩罐,提高了分离效率,实现了连续处理。二者的结合,使污泥一次浓缩比达到6∶1,完全满足后续机械脱水要求,且每吨污泥的浓缩剂费用由以前的25元降低到3元以下。

Thickening is an important step in the process of oily sludge treatment. A more economical settling agent, named H-618,was screened out, and a new type of horizontal sludge separator was developed. The settling agent cost was reduced from 25 to 3 RMB or less per ton of sludge. The newly developed sludge separator made the operation continuous and more efficient than the common used vertical tanks with a cone bottom. With the combination of the agent and the separator, the thickening ratio was up to 6∶1, completely meeting the needs of the following dewatering process.
