摘要 通过改变球磨时间、分散剂用量对氧化铝悬浮液浆料的稳定性、分散剂以及流变性进行了研究。结果表明:球磨时间和分散剂用量对氧化铝悬浮液的稳定性和分散剂有着显著影响。最佳球磨时间在20 h左右;纯氧化铝粉体的等电点在pH为8.1,分散剂的加入使等电点朝低pH方向移动,且可以显著改善浆料在碱性条件下的稳定性。 The stability ,dispersity, rheologie behavior of alumina slun-ies were studied by changing tile ball milling time and dispersant concentration. The results indicate that the ball milling time and dispersant concentration affect evidently on the stability and dispersity of the alumina slurries. The optimal ball milling time was 20h and the isoeleetrie point of alumina occurred at pH 8. 1. The addition of PAANa displaced pHiep to lower values, The stability of the suspension ira alkaline region was significantly improved in the presence of dispersants.
