With the economic globalization and the continuous advancement of Information Technology, logistics has been drawing more and more attention of enterprises, and has been becoming the third source of profit. First of all, the disadvantages of operation methods of Logistics Enterprises are introduced, and after that, Information Technology, especially Network Technology, is discussed in broadening transaction scope and improving its efficiency.
