嘉事堂配送中心库内物流流程合理性分析

The Flow and Rational Analysis of Jiashitang Distribution Center

北京嘉事堂医药配送中心是一个刚刚建立不久的新兴的医药物流基地之一,在我国的医药物流领域中处于领先地位。本文在对嘉事堂医药配送中心的实际调研的基础上,采用流程图等分析方法,对配送中心的收货流程、库内检验、上架流程、补货作业流程、出库作业流程等几个重要的物流流程的合理性进行了整体的阐述和分析,以期为配送中心物流流程的改进和优化提供有价值的参考依据。

Beijing Cachet, which is one of the newly built medical logistic distribution centers （DC）, is a pioneer in medicinedistributing field. Through analysis and investigation in Beijing Cachet＇s DC, I have obtained the first-hand data of all logistic processes. By means of analysis of the flowchart, this paper gives the general explanation and analysis of the rationality of goods-receiving, warehouse-checking, goods-lifting, goods-complementing and good-sending processes. Therefore the DC can realize the current con- dition of the logistic operations inside warehouse and the paper will provide necessary reference for the improvement of the DC＇s logistic process.
