摘要
应急物资的采购在应急系统中占有非常重要的地位,本文首先分析了现有应急物资的分类体系,随后根据应急状态下物资采购的优先级别建立应急物资分类体系,最后结合采购物品的定位模型,确定不同类别应急物资的采购战略。
Purchase of contigency materials are important for contigency system, the author analyse the existing classify system for contigency materials, and then found the new classify system according to Contigency materials priority, at last, combine the supply positioning model to determine the purchase strategy for diffirent contigencv materials.
