对我国物流人才培养的几点思考

Study on the Training of Logistics Talents in China

本文针对我国现代物流人才匮乏的现实,在对物流人才培养的意义和现状进行分析的基础上,就如何建立科学合理的物流人才培养体系提出了三点建议:明确物流人才的知识结构及素质要求;提高物流人才学历教育的质量;做好物流人才非学历培训教育。

Considering the current scarcity of modem logistics talents, analyzing the significance and present situation of the training of talented logistics personnel, this paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to establish a scientific system for training such people. According to the paper, we should specify the knowledge structure and quality requirement for logistics personnel, improve the quality of highly-trained logistics talents, and develop the non-dek, ree education for logistics personnel as well.
