Tn build a Harmonious World is China＇s vision for the international order in the 21st Century, and such a vision may help to attain a fair and just international order. At present the world energy secnrity has many unharmonious factors; and the global energy regime is flawed with inequality, fragmentation, geopolitical maneuvering, which have affecled world peace, stability and common prosperity. With the vision of building a Harmonious World, China is ready to work with the resl of the world to establish a harmonious global energy regime based on cooperation, institutionalization and sustainable development.
