摘要 慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床征候群，是各类心脏病的严重阶段或终末期表现，其发生率高，预后差，5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相似。长期以来，对心力衰竭的治疗主要以药物为主，包括传统的强心、利尿、血管扩张剂以及近年来使用的血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、8受体阻滞剂及醛固酮受体拮抗剂。然而，药物治疗具有一定的局限性，
