广泛存在于动物体内的细胞通讯有两种方式,即通过释放信使物质执行远距离联络和通过相邻细胞之间的缝隙连接交换信息的接触联络。研究发现,心律失常的发生起源于细胞膜离子通道的紊乱和/或细胞间耦联(缝隙连接-Cx)的改变,甚至在某些情况下,缝隙连接耦联的改变更为重要。越来越多的研究资料显示,
