摘要
论述了版权保护既为图书馆服务提供了法律规范，也给图书馆带来了冲击。作为社会公益事业，图书馆应当依法充分行使合理使用的权利。
Abstract Copyright protection provides legalities for library service, and brings a lash as well. As library service is a kind of public welfare, library users should use their rights under fair use to the fullest. The balance of rights between users and copyright owners should be maintained even in the Digital Age.
