摘要
旅行社是我国旅游业的龙头,而国际旅行社则是我国旅行社业的主力军。新形势下,我国国际旅行社应树立长期竞争优势战略,培育核心竞争力。在综述研究基础上就我国国际旅行社核心竞争力的概念、内涵及特征进行初步的探讨,以期为我国国际旅行社核心竞争力的管理提供一些理论依据和参考。
The travel agency is the group leader of tour industry in our country, and the international travel service is the main sector. Under new situations, the international travel service of our country should set up the long - term competitive strategies and develop the core competencies. Therefore, based on overview, the paper explores the concept and connotation of core competence of the international travel service to make use of it.
