摘要 以三油楔固定瓦滑动轴承支承刚性Jeffcott转子系统为研究对象,采用有限差分法,通过数值计算联立求解系统自由振动方程和Reynolds方程,研究了轴承的预负荷系数、宽径比和最小间隙比的变化对系统失稳转速的影响规律。根据研究得出了一系列关于轴承参数对系统失稳转速影响的规律性曲线。结果表明:随着轴承预负荷系数增大,系统失稳转速增大;随着轴承宽径比和最小间隙比的增大,系统失稳转速下降;说明可以通过增大轴承预负荷系数、减小宽径比和最小间隙比实现对系统稳定性的改善。 The influences of bearing parameters, such as preload coefficient, length-to-diameter ratio and minimum clearance ratio on the instability speed of the system of three-fixing-lobe bearing and rigid Jeffcott rotor were studied numerically. Free vibration equation and Reynolds equation of the system were solved through numerical calculation by use of finite difference method. According to the study that a series of regular curves of the relation between the bearing parameters and the instability speed of system were obtained. The results show that with the preload coefficient increasing, the instability speed increases, and with the length-to-diameter ratio and minimum clearance ratio decreasing, the instability speed decreases, which show that increasing the preload coefficient, decreasing the length-to-diameter ratio and minimum clearance ratio can improve the stability of system.
