摘要
根据汽缸对称性和相邻汽缸温度相同情况,利用UG建立了三种不同发动机冷却系统水套1/2截面力学模型。加载水套边界条件后,运用ANSYS进行仿真并计算出不同冷却系统水套的热应力、X轴方向应力、Y轴方向应力和剪应力,及获得X轴方向位移和Y轴方向位移。通过对发动机各种工况下不同水套应力分析,选择出较好的冷却系统水套设计方案。
According to the symmetry of the cylinder ancl the homology temperature between the cylinders, the 1/2 mechanical models for the water jackets were respectively built by UG in the three different engine cooling system. After the borderline conditions were ascertained and loaded, the steady-state was simulated with the software ANSYS, the thermal stress, X-axis stress, Y-axis stress and shearing strength about water jackets were attained, and the displacements of X-axis and Y-axis were measured. After the analysis and discussion, the better design was selected.
