基于3D的插装阀块虚拟设计研究

摘要 以虚拟技术为核心,通过Visual Basic对三维CAD软件SolidWorks的二次开发,实现了液压插装阀阀块的虚拟设计,解决了插装阀阀块孔系网络设计费时费力而又极易出错的难题。给出了系统的体系结构,提出了液压原理图数字化、集成块设计和校核的方法,通过对集成块特征库的建立,运用ActiveX Automation技术实现了SolidWorks下三维参数化造型;提出了液压插装阀阀块虚拟设计的解决方法,对液压插装阀阀块装配进行干涉检查,可提高设计的成功率。 With the core of virtual technology, through the development of 3 D CAD software SolidWorks using Visual Basic, the virtual design of cartridge inserted valve integrated block was realized, the laborious, time consuming and error-proneness problems during the hole series network design of cartridge inserted valve integrated block were solved. The system architecture, the digitized method of hydraulic skeleton drawing, the integrated package design and check method were presented, through the establishment of characteristic library, the three-dimension parameterized modeling was realized using AetiveX Automation technology, the solutions of the virtual design of cartridge inserted valve integrated block were put forward. Through the interference check to the cartridge inserted valve integrated block assembly, the successful rate of the design can be in creased.
