摘要
分析了传感器系统非线性自校正曲线拟合原理和LabVIEW中曲线拟合算法的实现过程,利用LabVIEW语言中的通用多项式拟合子VI,设计了传感器非线性校正系统。使用该系统,对传感器进行校正,可以得到反非线性特性拟合方程。该系统用于传感器校正的实例表明,系统实现了理想的线性关系,智能化程度高。
The intelligent non-linear calibration of sensor based on the curve fitting theory, and the curve fitting arithmetic of Lab- VIEW were analyzed. The sensor non-linear calibration system was designed using the General Polynomial Fit VI of LabVIEW. This intelligent calibration system can use the different polynomial order, algorithm and precision defined by user and acquire the calibration formula. The conclusion of system application shows that system can realize the linearization in calibration of sensor.
