摘要
在数控机床主轴箱的设计中,采用三维设计方法,利用Pro/E对其进行了三维实体建模及装配设计,并通过动态仿真和干涉分析,以验证设计方案的可行性。该方法提高了产品的设计质量和设计效率,为产品的结构优化设计提供了有效的途径。
3D solid model and assembly model of the spindle box of NC machine were built by using Pro/E and 3D design. According to dynamic simulation and interference investigation, the feasibility of design was tested. This research provides a fast and effective way to manufacture the machine tool and optimize the structure of the product in the future.
