基于模型的电液控制系统故障在线预测

摘要 电液控制系统是集机、电和液于一体的高精度、大功率控制系统的首选控制方式,但是电液控制系统是高复杂性的系统,一旦系统发生故障,将会严重影响生产,而且查找故障及其原因是比较困难的。本文通过基于模型的方法,针对电液控制系统的故障提出了一种在线预测的方法。 The electro-hydraulic control system is the first choice for the control system of high power and high accuracy, which integrates machine, electricity and hydraulic. However, the electro-hydraulic control system has high complexity, when it breaks down, the produce will be influenced, and it is very difficult to find out the trouble and reason. A fault on-line forecast method based on model was presented for electro-hydraulic control system.
