摘要
对某型齿轮使用中的故障数据进行了混沌特征分析,对齿轮振动信号进行了相空间重构,计算了故障前后齿轮振动信号的相关积分。研究表明,随着齿轮振动信号的逐渐增强,也就是发生齿轮故障征兆时,相关积分逐渐降低,相关积分可以有效地进行齿轮的故障先兆检测和故障诊断。
Chaos feature analysis was done on the fault data of a gear and the correlation integral of vibration signal was calculated before and after the fault. It is shown that with the growth of gear vibration signal, correlation integral falls gradually. Correlation integral is a useful means to the gear fault detection and diagnosis.
